Brill’s forthcoming series: Semiotics, Signs of the Times

Dear scholars and readers,

Brill is enthusiastic to announce a new series open for submissions: Semiotics, Signs of the Times (www.brill.com/SEM).

This series is devoted to the study of semiotics across disciplines: from the general idea of semiotic signs, divided into icons, indexes, and symbols. Semiotics seeks to discover how the signs of language, gestures, visual images, music, dance, theatre, as well as medical and psychological symptoms.

Semiotics: Signs of the Times invites contributions on the newest trends of cultural research in linguistics, literature, fine arts, folklore and it is open to new synthesis of techniques of research, experiences and memories with new meanings.
