Feminism and Organization is an international journal committed to advancing critical feminist scholarship, activism, and praxis to promote social justice and equality. ---Role description---
Associate Editors contribute to the journal’s editorial strategy and practice. Responsibilities include shaping the intellectual direction of the journal, commissioning special issues, organising conference streams and workshops, and managing manuscript submissions. This includes selecting reviewers, overseeing review processes, and making final publication decisions. Associate Editors also play an active role in cultivating the reviewer community. The initial term is three years, with the possibility of renewal. Selection is based on an applicant’s publication record, theoretical and methodological expertise, and editorial or reviewing experience.
Editorial Review Board members support the journal by reviewing submissions and contributing to the overall quality and integrity of published work. Terms are for three years, with the possibility of renewal. Applicants may demonstrate a strong record of scholarship and relevant reviewing experience.

Applicants should submit a CV and a one page statement outlining their expertise and their publishing, reviewing, and editorial experience to Alison Pullen.
